Mark DawsonThe Nordlingen Giants got some help under the boards after the knee injury to Rob Ferguson sidelined him by bringing in American Mark Dawson (206-F/C-83, agency: Tank Sports, college: Long Beach St.). He is a 26 year old 206cm power forward/center from Jersey City, New Jersey. He last played for the Newport Beach Surf of the WCBL. The club hopes that he will be able to help this coming weekend against USC Freiburg. 'We hope that Mark will be able to make a bang this weekend

Italy - Casale extend Mats Levin, Cremona land Alessandro Bencaster

Mats LevinCasale have decided to extend the contract with Mats Levin (188-G-77). The Swedish guard signed for the LegaDue team in January. In eight games the 32-year-old player averaged 10.3 points, 4.6 assists and 2.1 rebounds. Mats Levin arrived to Italy from Sweden where he played for the Sundsvall Dragons. Levin will stay in Italy till June.

Maris GulbisSiauliai boosted their roster with addition of Maris Gulbis (202-F-85). The 24-year-old Latvian forward started the season in Latvia. He averaged 16.6 points, 5.2 boards and 2.1 assists per LBL game for Zemgale. In Baltic League his stats read 17.5 points, 6.4 boards and 2.1 assists. Last season Maris Gulbis played in VEF Riga.
